Relational, depth-oriented psychotherapy for adults, couples, and families navigating relationship struggles, family patterns, trauma, identity, and major life transitions.
I provide supervised psychotherapy through Nashville Therapy Group as a Marriage and Family Therapy intern. My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational, with an emphasis on understanding the deeper patterns beneath present-day struggles.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I am interested in how your relationships, family history, attachment experiences, identity, and ways of adapting to difficult circumstances have shaped the way you experience yourself and others today.
Together, we can work toward greater emotional awareness, stronger relationships, clearer boundaries, and more intentional ways of responding to the patterns that may no longer serve you.
My approach to therapy
I tend to listen for the pattern beneath the presenting problem. We may explore what is happening now, where a familiar emotional or relational response originated, and how that pattern continues to function within your relationships. My style is engaged, curious, compassionate, and direct. I draw primarily from systemic, relational, person-centered, and attachment-informed approaches while tailoring therapy to the individual, couple, or family in front of me.
Note: I provide psychotherapy as a Marriage and Family Therapy intern under clinical supervision through Nashville Therapy Group. I am not independently licensed. All psychotherapy services are provided through Nashville Therapy Group and are separate from my astrology and coaching practices.
